I used a cut file from Little Scraps of Heaven and cut out the layers adding sponging to the layers. I then added some dimensionals to some of the layers and finished with white gel pen highlights.
I added the bunny to some designer paper and finished with the sentiment and some punched hearts.

This bunny is so fun, Lisa. It reminds me of Peter Rabbit getting into Mr. McGregor’s garden, his watermelon patch this time! But this one is super cool with sunglasses.

That hot pink bg is just perfect to set off your "joe Cool" bunny and the sunglasses make me giggle. I don't think I've ever seen a "scalloped " watermelon before but it a fun bit of whimsey for this challenge.
