CC888 Delight in the Madness of Calypso
TPT713 Sending to Brian
For both challenges today. I had to make my own Magenta with Spectrum Noir MG3 & a ruler. I have seen, probably on Pinterest, where the Birch backgound has been used for sky &/or water. So, I did that using Soft Sky stamped off. I colored Finn with Dk Daffodil Delight Blends. I used the brush end to color the tail fin & body. I didn't know it would be so much darker. The other fins are the point end. His eye is Mossy Meadow. I stamped off the Crumb Cake & Hunter Green ocean bottom. I even have a glass float! I hope this makes him smile!
Thanks for stopping by.

Warm tropical feel to your colors and while the ocean bottom was probably not your main focus, it really adds a beautiful textural element to this card.

That birch stamps looks great for the water. This week's colors are so festive and they make for one fun card. This made me smile. I'm sure it will be a hit with Brian too.

Love this fun fish swimming through his soft background. The birch background really does look great for the water. Great job combining both challenges and adding that little glass float!
