This is the card I made for my hubby's birthday. We love living in the desert, after 57 years in Alaska and I had to get The Rubbernecker dies to make some scenes. The hills, cactus and roadrunner were cut from various BG's I made, with distress inks and some distress oxide inks. The sky was created, then I cut the desert scene and layered it up. Here's the art print that inspired me.

Sue, what a wonderful desert card for Bill. Fabulous masculine colors. HB to your guy!

Oh my gosh, Sue, this is so gorgeous. Your colored layers are amazing. I live in the desert now, too, after living in California and I love the vivid colors of the hills, cactus and sky. You nailed it here!
