I started this card by making the tulips. I used the "smoosh" technique with distress inks on watercolor paper to color the flowers and leaves and added a few drops of mica spray. The background wood print is from my stash of scraps. I dry embossed it with a wood grain folder for additional texture, then matted it with a blue layer.

Gorgeous! The BG is perfect to show off your beautifully done flowers. Smooshing looks fabulous. The EF on the woodgrain paper and gold beads are awesome details...

Great card creation. I like the tulip die because it is a layering one not a flat tulip. I've never done the smoosh technique. Will have to check that out.
Still missing your cards. It would make my day if you made one.
