Congrats to Lynn, the Featured Stamper this week! Iâm not familiar with digital scrapbooking and Lynnâs gallery was a revelation. very hard to choose something to CASE, but then I saw this:
And remembered that I recently got some paper scraps from an eBay seller with midcenturymodern patterns, to use with my Tim Holtz dies that I just had to have but have had a hard time using. I combined the 1950s feel, color scheme, and the atomic icon from Lynnâs layout with the sketch challenge from this week.
I layered some Midcentury patterned papers onto coordinating solid colors and attached to a card. I die cut the atomic symbol and boomerang shape from pink and blue cardstock. I glued the atomic symbol to the boomerang and attached the boomerang to the card with foam tape. I stamped the letters for âhiâ in pool party ink.
USEIT2022: using the dies I got last year with some recently purchased papers. The letter stamps are quite old and havenât been used in several years!

I am a child of the 60s and this is such a great mid century retro vibe. I love the colors and the different patterns on the DP. The large pink die cut reminds me of the chair shapes from back then.

Very nicely done! Great case of Lynn's 1950's look!
