This is the sample I did for Roxie's "Tear It Up" VSN Challenge. The bliss blue CS is torn and then sponged with Brillant Blue to give the water some depth. The sky and sun are sponged as well. The woman is stamped, colored and cut out and put on dimensionals to give it a look of sitting on the water. The seagulls were drawn with the basic black marker.

Sharon~I love the texture of the torn bliss blue and the sponging adds nice dimension. This lady in the boat always reminds me of a pic of my Mom when she was young. TFS
