A for fun card. I've been wanting to use my Harlequin. I'd tried stencilling the butters onto white card a while ago and they were so bright that I thought I'd try them on a patterned background - so pulled the coffee filter from a coffee filter print from my stash. So it's Brusho's on coffee filter. I added five narrow strips of black card for a stave, and some washi tape. The treble clef is actually cut from silver. I added some sparkling enamel dots, stamped the base with script in silver and added two purple border lines with a Sharpie. Harlequin is coloured with Polychromos, fussy-cut and added in.

Awesome. I love the explosions of color all over this fun card, which, in my opinion, is perfect to showcase your harlequin. Love the musical themed embellishments -- your black strips make the perfect staff (or stave from your side of the world). Reminds me of a very fun and festive Mardi Gras scene. Fantastic card.

I love everything about this beautiful creation, the harlequin is playing such beautiful and colorful music! I can just imagine the brightness of the stencil butters on white, but here they are front and center stage so beautifully. The black strips are very creative, and the silver treble clef is fabulous! This fun creation is a party in itself.

Oh this just takes my breath away, Sabrina. I have not pinned a card to Pinterest in ages because I just don't think about it. When I saw this it jogged my mind and I just had to save it. The colors, patterns and textures are gorgeous, and I love the music theme and sentiment. I used to do more creative stuff, but now I have to do most of my creating in my car at my lunch break, which limits me to just coloring. This sure inspires me to just find time to try some different techniques.
