Last Wednesday's watercolor challenge had several fun techniques to try. This is my first of four cards from that challenge.
The watercolor panel was simply painting hearts over and over again overlapping them for some watercolor bleed. When it was dry, I cut it into strips and matted it on the black card stock.
I added shipping tape to black card stock and then die cut hugs. I added the panel on a tilt, matted the sentiment, and completed it with three black gems.
Thanks for the challenge and thanks for looking!

Wonderful design and pretty watercolored hearts. I like those cut out strips.
