I changed the background ink, paper, cross die, and sentiment; omitted the splatter and sequins; and changed the technique used (alcohol inks vs. watercoloring).
Using the Tim Holtz alcohol ink blower, I moved around some super-shimmery Smolder color alcohol *pearl* ink on a piece of alcohol ink paper until the desired effect was achieved. I let that dry, stamped the sentiment, and then die cut the cross twice from glossy white cardstock (adhering the 2 pieces together for added dimension). I cut the alcohol ink paper panel to size, glued the cross die cut on, and then popped the panel up on dimensional foam tape on a matte white card front. The photo just doesn't do it justice -- the alcohol ink layering, colors, and tons of shimmer from the pearl ink effect. TFL!
