This card is for William, who is our Teapot Tuesday recipient this week and can use some happy mail as heâs recovering from some nasty stress fractures.
I wanted to fulfill the challenge of including mail and a smile, so I went with a bandaged (but smiling) dachshund in the garden, checking with the birds to see if thereâs any mail for him today.

What a fantastic card for William .... your smiling, bandaged dachshund will surely bring a big smile! Love that triple mailbox and your punny sentiment is perfect!

So darling. Made me chuckle the moment I spotted it and you certainly nailed the challenge with this design. We had doxies when I was growing up, so they always hold a special place in my memories too. I am sure William will be delighted with this fun card. Great card.

This is the perfect card for my sweet nephew. He has two dogs that he has not seen since he went off to boot camp and he has asked his mom to send him pictures of them. He really misses them. He is absolutely going to love this wonderful card. Thank you so much for sending this card to my nephew. It means the world to me that my crafty friends are sending him cards to brighten his spirits while he recovers.

I've always loved that AI set, and always resist it as I have more than enough get well stamps already. I like the way the tall posts for the birdhouses make an angle with that dachshund. Definitely a card to bring smiles.
