This is the second card that I made using this techniqe.(Floating strips) I really like this technique, It's quick and easy to make, and I can use up some of my paper scraps. My trees on the card were made using a die that was sent to me by a Split coast friend, Joan...AKA Ponygril2. Thank you Joan for the gift of this die.

Looks like a great way to put those odd-sized strips to use. The black die-cut image shows up so great against your floating bg.

I love this card. The floating strips have patterns perfect for Christmas and the die cuts are all just great.
