For this anniversary card I used the TLC from this past Monday. The hearts have pearly shimmer paste on them, but my skills with a camera are minimal, so it doesn't show. Added rhinestones to add a bit of pizzazz.
I have reams and reams of DPs, but rarely use them. Think I'd have to be as old as Methuselah to ever use them to zero! But this is a start.

Sallie, you rarely use dp, so I have to agree with what you said! Pretty papers for this anniversary card and cute red yarn making your hearts look almost like balloons~

Wasn't this so fun creating the starburst?!! I made one and was happy how it turned out - I seldom go out of my comfort zone. You're funny saying you would have to be as old as Methuseleh to use all your papers up. You did create a good start.

How cool is this to accomplish two great challenges in one beautiful card! I love this Valentine. I am still getting Christmas done, but Valentines are my next favorite cards to make.

Beautiful card Sallie! I love this technique and I love DP so it is a great match for me. Wonderful floating hearts - I have trouble with choosing the central motif sometime and this is a great idea.

Good for you, using the dp! I have the same problem, too much dp unused!!
