Cards going out to MaryJo's (Icela52) son, John who has broken his ankle in two places and needs to be inside for 12 weeks and no stairs.
Anita is our hostess and her challenge was to get out of our comfort zone, which for me was stencilling the mountains on this. After I got the trees done, I figured it needed something and remembered John likes the mountains and I had recently bought a stencil set from Michaels so gave it a try. He also likes blue so I have blue spruce trees, using a combo of different blue markers and ink pads. Just got this sentiment set with my gift certificate win for playing in the DTGD challenge in the summer. Hoping this brings a peaceful feeling to John as he is recovering.

Beautifully designed as always, Shirl! John will enjoy the beautiful blues and that outdoor scene you created (great job on the stenciling)! Love your sentiment treatment, too!
