I haven't work on my Art Journal Project in quite a long time and one of our triumvirate has urged the other two of us to take up the mantle again. The theme for this page is Water.
Well, I have NO slimline supplies so I had to improvise with my A2 crafts. I started with my 5 x 7 Gel Plate and the blue DOX. Since it was a bit smaller than my page I just plopped and turned and got fun edges. I don't have any seaweed stamps but I thought these leaf dies might look good. I die cut Neenah #80 cs scraps with the three dies and used them as stencils. It worked better than I thought it might. Not having sharp edges gives it a watery look, don't you think. I embossed the top of the page (because my ef is too small to emboss the entire page) and then dragged Salty Ocean over the edges of the waves. Initially I wanted the waves at the bottom of the page, but I couldn't figure out any way to do that with this ef as I didn't want the waves upside down. So, I came up with a sentiment that I thought worked with that layout. It was computer generated using Verdana and The Friday Stroke fonts on regular copy paper. I had rolled off my brayer onto that paper when I was using the Gel plate because I did not want the words to be on a white background. That's the whole process. Thanks for taking this underwater journey with me. I hope you find your place of peace -- we all need a little peace in our lives. TFL

Wow, I love your swirls of the ocean and that lovely shade of blue you have used. It seems to symbolize peace and that serenity that lies beneath the ocean. Love the sentiment!
