Today's Tea Party is for Anne's daughter in law, Debbie, who broker her leg and could use some well wishes. Snietje challenged us to use lighthouses on our cards because Debbie loves lighthouses. Of course, I had to include a math joke for the math teacher. I had a lot of fun looking for math jokes, but I couldn't find a good nautical one. So I just picked this random one about parallel lines. How could any math teacher resist this one?

Chuckling at the sentiment, Jen - I'm sure Debbie will get a kick out of that one! Love these nautical pair (even if they'll never meet, LOL) with all the glitter and sparkle!

How could anyone resist this card. All the fun elements are crowned with that fun sentiment. I knew your card would be fun, delightful and glittery. Great card.

Fun bit of humor and I love how you used those parallel lines for your light beam instead of the standard fan shape. The sand and sea appear to be filled with glitter (if my wretched eyes aren't deceiving me)
