This card was inspired by my plastic summer outdoor dishes that have a fun fish pattern on them. I have not made a card in ages, but today is my older son's 26 birthday, and I have made him a card every year since he was about 6. Luckily I had the day off from work because of the long labor day weekend. I printed the image in 3 different sizes and layered them for a 3D look. The image us colored with. Copics and sharpies. I had my son's late in life, so I have told them that by the time they get married and have kids,, either my vision, steady hand, creativity, or sanity will have evaporated. They will have to recycle all these cards for my grandkids.

As always, Francie, this is just fantastic. The dimension and layering is super. The sparkle on the fish is gorgeous. The little starfish remind me of some of the beads in my first kids string your own necklace set. They weren't actually starfish, it would have been cool if they had been. I'm glad you had that day off to give you time for this.
