This card is for a friend who needs cheering up. She likes so many things that I could not decide which direction to go.
The Free 4 All challenge hosted by Shirley to represent the end of summer caused me to think of all the wonderful summer fruit that will all too soon be gone from the stores. It also reminded me that my friend loves cherries and the colors red & yellow.
My layout was inspired by the Sketch Challenge hosted by Pat. I did use a smaller, layered circle for the image. The coordinating sentiment needed a little larger banner.
The Ways to use it challenge hosted by Toni to use a bow facilitated the yellow accents.
Fun challenges! Thanks for looking.

It's so nice to see green and red other than on a Christmas card, Diane. Very pretty clean design. Love the scalloped matting for the cherries and the sweet bow~

Such a happy card! Love the fun elements you included - the wonky set red dsp, the play-on-words sentiment and the addition of bright yellow accents to round out the design. Very fun end of summer card for the challenge!
