This is a background that I made to use for card backgrounds. Directions below.
1. Apply Ranger acrylics using sponge (add color to sponge and then direct to paper). I started with Butterscotch, then added Cranberry, Denim and Pesto. I covered the entire sheet.
2. I applied Cranberry Adirondack Dye ink, also direct to paper over the entire piece.
3. Next, I applied gold metallic, pesto, cranberry and terra cotta alcohol inks (using blending solution too) over top the acrylics and dye ink. I then applied the same alcohol inks, except used silver metallic.
4. Then, I sprinkled a few drops of blending solution onto the paper and turned the paper, so it would run slightly.

Thanks for showing a beautiful new way to incorporate alcohol inks. I never thought of trying them in combo with dye inks but just started leaning about them recently. Thanks for the great inspiration!
