I couldn't think of a way to depict any of the destinations on my bucket list, so I opted to make a travel memories portfolio using the cool design from Dr. Sonja. I leaned heavily on the "Letters from Home" DP, but embellished with gold gel pen, heat embossed title and compass, gold cord and faux buckle. I printed and paper clipped a list of 10 of my favorite places I've visited on the inside. I've tucked in some travel/goodbye sentiments and an antique map as tickles. I hope the recipient will fill it with her own mementos!

Wow! I envy your already traveled list. I can copy it for my own "bucket list". What fabulous memories you must have.

The gold cording is an elegant addition and the stamps at the bottom remind me that somewhere in my many boxes of "save this to use on a card" are postage stamps from all over the world.

I love all the stamps on the inside of this and wow what a travel list you've experienced! You're quite the seasoned traveler..I've been to a couple of them but would love to visit the others.

LOL, I was unable to depict Norway, that's for sure. Or New Zealand. Gosh, you are well travelled - teacher's holidays must help, I imagine. I'll meet you in Mont Saint Michel... I remember when we did our guided tour there, DH just couldn't understand what the guide was saying when she used the word for cloisters. His everyday French is pretty good, but that was a bit too specialised for him. The castle on the bottom left reminds me of one of the chateau we visited in Brittany on our first camping trip. We spent a week with French friends and saw some of the Brittany/Normandy sights, and then headed off to the Loire valley with our tent.
I think this is fab, and love the inside sentiment combined with Memories on the front.

Beautifully designed inside for your travel memories portfolio, love all the postmarked stamps and map, and including your own list of favorite places visited is a lovely, personal touch.

Love the aged/vintage feel to this travel folder. The addition of your favourite places visited is a nice touch along with the collection of postage stamps from around the world.
