Cathy is our WT hostess this week, and we are going "faux": WT850 - Go Faux (6/24/21) by cathymac at Splitcoaststampers. So many choices...for
this card I went with Faux Linen. I used Print Pattern and En Francais, (Print Pattern stamped with a green Archival ink) on glossy card. Then I stamped the Magenta image and coloured it with Polychromos pencils before sanding once more. The sentiment is Art Neko, and I added a doodled border.

Gorgeous work! If I remember correctly, faux linen is where you sand the glossy paper to get the grooves that resemble the linen. This is beautiful. I love how it shows up in the colored flowers too.

I haven’t done this faux linen technique in ages, Sabrina, but I love the vintage look it yields! The flowers on this background are so beautiful! Thank you so much for both of your wonderful faux samples!
