DD helped me make this...those are her handprints (in Pumpkin Pie and Rose Red...YES it tooka while to come off, but totally worth it, she did wrapping paper for her Dad's present too) all over the layer that says "Happy Father's Day Poppy" That's what his grandkids call him. I thought it was pretty neat.
The word "Poppy" is actually kissed using artichoke and chocolate chip, but very hard to see, even IRL, I guess they're too close shade wise...
Thanks for looking!

What a great "personal touch" with your daughter's hand prints!! That alone makes this card a definite keeper. I really love your colors and layout, and I'm in awe of your creativity. TFS

This is way cute!! I had to do a double take...that stitching looks real!

I almost cried when I saw this, because Poppy is what I call my dad and what I hope our future children will call him. I love this idea SOOO much. Infact, I am totally going to steal it and use it for his Oct. birthday. I know I'm 28, but I still will put my handprints on it!
Thanks for the great inspiration!!!
