Jean, Jean, Jean...you stretched me! I so didn't want to attempt this fold. The TLC is the perfect challenge for experimenting. Alas the Tower Fold from a few weeks ago. TLC846
Amy, you brought us a wonderful inspiration site this week in Elle Decor. I admit I got lost in just the looking. Here's what inspired me . The link back to the blue textured pot in Amy's commentary is not working. I'll see if I can get it fixed. IC807
Hey Shirley, is there anyone who would not be refreshed by Sea Life? Not me, I had an abundance of creatures to use!!! F4A587.
I encourage anyone who wondered if the Tower Fold was worth it, to just go for it! It makes for dramatic
real estate to a mixed media artist. After I had bruised and bent and pushed the flat black PTI cs, I had this 3d style card. With the paper folded into A2 position, I sponged various blues through the A Colorful Life 'Currents' stencil. That allowed there to be a few squares which were not covered and 'brightened' up the bg. I also embossed areas that were still wet with ink. I used one or two of the metallic combo ep's.
All my elements save for a teeny tiny SU heart and a small coffee cup, were fussy cut from the bag of several of the Moby Coffee Roasters flavors. The graphic art on the bags is seriously amazing! The sea stars were embossed in detail clear ep for a bit of dimension. Check out that octopus if you will! On the seahorses tail, there is the face of the Captain even! Tied a square knot for a bit of texture.
I'll continue...on the back. Thanks for sailing with me!

I looked at the other post first and asked a question, but it is answered here. It is a tower fold card. An amazing amount of work must have gone into this card, but it certainly seems worth it. Especially when you are showing your appreciation for superior coffee. Small entrepreneurs live to get positive feedback.
I love, love, love, this amazingly creative work of art!

I looked here first to see the front...off to see the back. Can't imagine how much more you can add to the amazing creation, mf!!!
