These cards are for the Alpha challenge B = Bokeh.
I love this technique and it's so quick and easy. I decided to make two cards using TH's distress inks and adding some Dylusions shimmer paints (the orange/red and blue cards), with the third made using Dylusions paints. I think the distress inks give a better result.
After sponging or wiping on my colour using a baby wipe, I added some shimmer using the shimmer paints. I started by sponging white ink through a circle stencil but found that by simply dabbing a finger dauber on the card gave a much easier and cleaner result.
In the end I decided to cut the panels up, added ribbon and sequins and stamped my sentiments. When showing my DH these he said they were basic cards for me Lol. I'm not usually such a CAS cardmaker but I shall be making more of these when in need of some birthday cards.
TFL. Happy day

Three lovely cards- I love the depth the technique gives your backgrounds, and just love that you let the technique be the star on your wonderful backgrounds!

Great bokeh backgrounds, Jayne. Love your colors and your sentiment and sketch choices as well. Fabulous cards. Hugz
