What a beautiful combo of colors Mary has for us this week! Soft, feminine and perfect for Mother's Day! My mother is no longer with me, and this isn't my MIL's style, so this may be my card to myself. (Or perhaps for one of my daughters, since they made me a mother!)
I color matched most of this with Copic markers and Prismacolor pencils. I did use Stampin' Blends for the Rococo Rose and Just Jade. The Rococo Rose Blends have always seemed a bit different than the RR in the ink or cardstock, but this is what SU says it looks like in Blends so who am I to argue!
I find coloring extremely relaxing and after the past few weeks this was great therapy for me. I hope things settle down for me in the next week or two. (If not you may see a lot more coloring! LOL!)
I hope you find time to join us this week!

This is such a touching and sweet image. Your coloring brings this to life. Your teeny bow, tilted panel and white on white base really compliment that image.

The hair! The hair! I am in love with the way you colored the hair on these two pretty figures. I fave'd it so I could come back and study your technique. I love the double layer with scallops and the way it's offset on the card, plus that pretty lacy strip. Wow, I love this card!

Awww... Jeanne this is the sweetest card! Your coloring is jaw dropping! Give this to one of your daughter's, she will cherish it! I wish my mother was living as well, this would have been the perfect card to give her! I sure miss giving my mom one of those little girl hugs! Haha even if I am an old little girl! Super adorable card!
