I just love everything about this. So, I used a stamp set that reminded me of the one she used and colored it in, with similar colors. I kept my layout similar, too. I've been really liking the colored sentiment pieces that Donna3d has been using recently, and loved how this turned out using her idea.
I wish I would have added white splatters like Heather did, I just noticed them after taking another look. {sigh}. I think it would have looked cool.

Beautiful CASE of Heather's card. Love the colors and the layout. I especially love the rows of intertwined circles behind the cake and the unevenness of the edges. Great idea that adds a ton of interest. Wonderful card.
Beautifully colored! I think it looks great without splatters, especially since you used those pretty enamel dots. The sentiment on the colored tag is a fun detail.

Pretty cake....love the way you colored the flowers! The slim stamped images add so much to an otherwise plain bg. Be careful when using a colored piece of cs for the sentiment; you don't want that to become a distraction nor take away from the main image~
*It looks perfectly fine on this card.
