Our challenge today is to be inspired by Marvin Gaye songs. I have never been a fan. In fact, he has some songs that I hate so much I can't change the station fast enough. But I wanted to play along, so I googled Marvin Gaye songs and found two that I like OK. So here is my card based on "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" and "Just the Two of Us". Although I guess it's not technically just the two of the cow-critters, there are two chickens too. I stamped and colored the scene and then dug through my background drawer looking for a nice bold sky. I pulled out this background that I had stamped using a balloon full of beans with a few different shades of blue Distress Inks. Then I sponged some Mermaid Lagoon over it to make it even more blue. I cut a grounding element to ground the cow-critters and sponged it with the same balloon and brown inks.

Oh my gosh, the chickens roasting marshmallows crack me up! This little scene is adorable. I knew right away that you were probably referencing "Ain't No Mountain High Enough".

Well your not-so-inspired by a particular artist made for one adorable and inspiring card for us. Love the bg you created especially the sky. And, as always, you have the perfect adorable critters to complete you scene. So, do chickens actually eat s'mores?
