I didn't see the warning last week that I would need a balloon for today's MIX challenge, but fortunately I have kids. I did have to do some digging in my cellar to find one, but I got it. I think it was one of the early TLC challenges that was to put marbles in a balloon to stamp a background, so I decided to do that again. This balloon is filled with beans. I will keep it somewhere safe in my craft room, so next time I need a balloon it will be there. I stamped the bean balloon background in four shades of blue DOX ink. I added some dots with my Paper Glaze, but they don't show up that well. And I left the image uncolored to let the balloon background shine. But I couldn't resist adding some Stickles to his fluffy tail.

I love your pretty background, I wouldn't have thought about using beans on my gelli plate, but I think you didn't use the gelli plate, love the contrast with the white bunny and balloon and i think this must be shiny in real life

Love the idea of using the marbles in the balloon. I'm off to find some marbles now. I love how that background turned out. I love how the white balloon and bunny stand out. You get bonus points for using a balloon to create the background and to use a balloon as the focal image. Whoo hoo!!! Thanks for playing along with my challenge.
