I chose Linda's bright and cheery tulip card: Thank You And Tulips by hotwheels at Splitcoaststampers. I kept the line of tulips and the thank you theme. I started with a gray & white "Oregon gray sky" gel print and sponged in a litttle blue oxide. I kept my tulips all the same color with colored pencils. I added my texture with 2 EF, hitting the tops of the clouds with white pigment ink and some embossing powder. I used the side of a color pencil stick and some oxides for the embossed tulips. I was just gifted a beautiful potted tulip plant and Linda's inspiration couldn't have been more timely. What a loaded, fun and colorful gallery. Congrats to hotwheels.

Wonderful card. I love the repeating tulip theme with both the stamped and embossed tulips. It creates so much texture and visual treats. My good friend moved to Oregon several years ago and she plants hundreds of bulbs each Winter. I am thinking of her now as I view this lovely card.
This is so much fun! I love the gray sky! Sort of looks like our day today and I love gray days! We have lots of flowers shooting up underneath the gray sky. Fabulous card!

I have to laugh at the grey Oregon sky! Love the 2 rows of tulips=embossed & colored. Always enjoy the textures and treats you include in your lovely creations.
