I just got a new tube of paint that matches the balloon, and thought to make a monochromatic card. Foiled the sentiment on the watercolor paper first, and then painted the bloom and leaves. Added splatters. This card is going to my friend for her 97th birthday. Lives by herself and still drives. TFL

I admire your painting ability so much, Linda. This is just gorgeous. Monochromatic designs are one of those things I love the look of but have never been able to master. Your layout is so perfect and the foiled sentiment is gorgeous.
