I remember trying this once before, but I feel I had better results this time. Except that I now know that neither the pearl inks nor the mixatives work.
I'll come back after work to fill in the details, but both my cards used large Katzelkraft stamps. This one is a decorative tangle. I stamped it in black over my background. I used a yellow marker to fill in some of the designs, and then decorated it with white and blue Enamel Accents, silver glitter Nuvo drops and some Stickles.
After playing around with the positioning, I added the sentiment from a Verve poinsettia set, stamping it in Versafine Crimson Red and embossing with clear EP. I added a poinsettia from Serendipity Stamps in Deep Lagoon all round the edge some of them stamped off twice, some just once. I added silver gel pen accents, white Enamel Accents and some clear SN glitter pen on the poinsettias. Matted on black card and added to a white base.

You are channeling JoAnn Fink with that stamp. She is a doodler (not really a Zentangler, since she does her own thing) and she kind of started this look with the 'dangles.' I'd like that stamp, for sure. That background turned out great, I'm happy you had better results this time. Thanks for all your help.

Wow I love this. The BG is so beautiful and the stamped image is perfect. It reminds me of Xmas decorations on a bridge. Love it. TFs. Happy day

Beautiful result on the bg. Love those stamps -- they work so well together. The bauble stamp reminds me of music. The accents really amp it up a bit. Wonderfully done.
