I have 3 looong shelves that are very old and have a nice cherry shellac on them. I used 1 to span the area between the entry and closet doors to hold my Stampin' Up! collection. The cherry color wouldn't have worked in the room so I used a removable wallpaper in weathered wood plank design to cover it.
I'm using the Scrapbook.com bottle storage boxes to hold my alcohol inks - hopefully I'll actually use them now that they're in sight.
The giant hanging pins were, I think, from Hobby Lobby a few years ago. They hold Dollar Tree baker's twine.
The thread holders were originally just wood circled letters (my initials), I drilled holes and glued sticks to act as pegs. Under the 'C' is a rack to hold my sewing machine feet. I used a extra long paint stick, Distress Stains, and mini crystal knobs from Amazon which I tinted blue with an alcohol marker.
The baskets in the middle are painted Dollar Tree baskets holding ribbon.
