rdm is our Featured Stamper this week and what a fun gallery she has! I just loved her recycled Kleenex box cards and couldn't get them out of my head as I browsed her gallery. You know how I love to upcycle. Here is the card I chose.
My neighbor's dad is having knee surgery on Tuesday, so I wanted to make him a card. I decided the running Band-Aid would be fun for him and a recycled card makes a perfect background for it! The card on the left uses the front of an old Hallmark card. The card on the right uses a piece of packaging from my bulletin board. It was fun digging through my drawer of goodies to find something fun. Now I just have to choose which one to send.

I have some kleenex boxes I've saved too. I love your cards with the running bandaids, mf. Such fun wishing a speedy recovery!

Great cards! I love that you recycled from different items to create such a fun card for your neighbor's Dad. How could he not feel better after seeing this? TFS!

Both are fabulous, Jen. Great saves on the packaging and really well done cards. I love that image. He will love whichever you send! Super case. Hugz

You have the cutest stamps and that running band-aid is so perfect for this occasion. Both cards are great; so, I vote for the blue because the bg pattern seems a bit more masculine. What, these cards aren't on the ballot? They should be. I vote them the cutest get-well cards around.
