This week's sketch card was kind of a technique challenge, as Dr. Sonja introduced us to the arrow fold. I am not much of a fancy fold fan, but for some reason I challenged myself to try this one. And to make the challenge even harder, I deviated from the 6x6 card used in the video to a standard A2. Since I was flying pretty blind at that point, I kept decorating the card to a minimum. I used some green patterned paper and a die-cut snowflake on the top panel and two red triangles of cardstock on the lower panel, which helps you see the second layer of folds there. Not sure if I love this outcome enough to try the fold again or not, but I think it came out well.

Well, look at you! Getting all daring and bursting out of the box and all! What a great holiday card you created with the cozy quilt, a crisp white snowflake, a little bling in the corners and holiday red to set it all ablaze. Even if you don't use the fold again, you had a fine adventure and a lovely card for your effort. Bravo!
