Debby is one talented lady. That maple leaf that she showed at the beginning....sigh.
I stamped the leaves in the antique linen. Yes, they are leaves, although kind of modern ones. They're from a set called Comfort Zone, which I'm loving lately. There are veins in the leaves, a lot of them, so instead of painting them in, I used a Micron to 'hint' at them. Did some shading with the watercolor pencils, colored pencils and the graphite pencil, smoothed with a tortillon. Added a little white chalk pencil for highlights. Splattered some gold wc and some Bo Bunny bronze spray. Background could use a bit more, I think. Sentiment is pre-printed from SSS.

I love your leaves, modern or not. They are colored beautifully and I like how you filled in the veins with your pen. Awesome card! Love that sentiment, too.

Love what you did with this challenge. You really made your leaves look 3D with your use of the graphite pencil. Great design with your leaves, and the highlighting with the chalk pencil. Glad you came and played along today, Jean. TFS

bfnm, YOU are one talented lady! You boldly forge ahead no matter the medium. This is so serene and lovin' the mod take. Another Club Scrap set, I never knew I needed...it's quite inspiring how you've embraced the WCW.
