Anyone ever read the children's books by Anna Dewdney, like 'Llama Llama, Red Pajama?' I discovered them when my granddaughter Clare was small and fell in love with them. Any kind of rhyming book is great for kids, most memorize them. Unfortunately Ms. Dewdney died of brain cancer at age 50 in 2016.
Believe it or not, I had the green and blue circle ai ink background in my stash, just waiting for today. Really! I love ai dots and was simply playing one day. The sun was also cut from another ai background. Colored the llama, added some little flowers and Liquid Pearls and ink blended the broken china for the sky. There are some cute sentiments that I'll put on the inside with maybe some more of the green dots. This is the Dutch door fold that will go off in the mail on Monday for a swap. I really had fun with this!
PS I did the ai background with various shades of blue and green, using a small paintbrush to put small drops on, letting them spread at will but trying to keep them little. Then, after dry, I used a needle nose bottle to add plain alcohol to some of them, just a tiny drop.

Awesome! What a cute llama. Super card fold. The circle paper was just waiting for this project! It's perfect for it. Wonderful take on your inspiration choice. Well done!
This is great, Jean! First I love the interesting fold, which I'm not familiar with and second I LOVE your cool polka dot BG! You've inspired me to try something like it, but mine probably won't be nearly as cool as yours!

Love your wonderful card with the llama. Your bg is beautiful and TFS how you achieved this stunning look. Then even did it in a more complex format. Fabulous!!
