To create this panel, I applied gesso to the CS before adding the inks. I began blending my distress oxides in the four corners of my panel. I then began working in toward the center making sure to leave a white spotlight space for my sentiment. Next, I used various art stencils to create a faded background look. I used dark colors on the stencils in light areas and light colors on the stencil in dark areas. I blended in more of my base colors and then repeated the process with my stencils. This creates layers and also gives the impression that some of you stencil images are fading into infinity. I stamped my sentiment on white cardstock using black ink. I stamped over the sentiment with VersaMark watermark ink and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder. The sentiment was then fussy cut and mounted onto foam tape. I used Books by Hand wet glue to adhere a strip of elastic gold fold to my panel. I added water to a little Picket Fence paint and used that to make splatter on the panel. I assembled my layers and then added the sentiment.
