Thank you, Sabrina, for giving us a little history about Mr. Burt and the typewriter! It's a great challenge for us, today! The image I had was from an old SU! set " Puns From the Past." I decided to use a black and white theme as a reminder of how typewriters had only black ink. Changing the ribbon was such a mess. I used Basic Black for the card base. The DSP is both sides of one sheet. Cut narrow strips to border the DSP background. I used the dotted paper for the mat of my typewriter image, also. I die cut "love you" showing another font. The DSP has what appears to be printed/typed text on the paper. I think I'll give this to my DH! He deserves to be told that I love him! Thanks for looking! ~Chrysi

The black and white colour scheme is absolutely perfect. So it's the stamp. I agree, changing ribbons was always a messy job! What a sweet card for your DH.
