I remembered halfway through this project that I had had a different word in mind...
Bits of sewing ephemera including real Velcro circles, a button, a buckle, and the âribbonâ is really that stuff I used in my 20s with a hot iron to hem my skirts because I was too lazy to sew the hems.
Make sure to read the yellow strip of paper. I found it in a very old book!

Poor Alfred.......boring her to tears!! How fun! I think a new machine makes a quantum difference for sure! This is wonderful, Kandie!

What a fun collage card - perfect for your sewing friends. Funny story about my mom. She had a Singer Feather weight sewing machine that she used for years. She finally got a fancy Viking sewing machine that could do all sorts of cool stuff and was a very good sewing machine - however, there were some things that she was certain the Singer Feather weight could just do better and she would bring that machine out for those things! See what your card reminded me of? Fun card!

This is so cool Kandie and love the quote on the yellow strip lol. I love how you’ve used the buckle. Lots of yummyness on there. TFS. Happy day
