My kids and I are hosting the VSN Kids challenge and we have a fun technique for you! Shake painting. We dropped acrylic paint into a peanut butter jar and then added beans. Put the paper inside the jar, close it up and shake. Desmond added an extra challenge of adding glitter and Raleigh added an extra challenge of using colored cardstock. I did put glitter paint inside the jar, but the glitter got covered up with the paint. As it dried, the glitter began to show, so there are shiny bits of glitter throughout the ocean.
I can't wait to see how everyone's backgrounds came out! When I took mine out, I thought it looked like a crashing ocean wave and decided it really needed a surfer. A friend sent me this sweet surfer image which I cut with my ScanNCut and added a turtle and some fish friends. This is one of my most favorite cards ever, and I'm not sure how I'm going to bring myself to part with it.

Oh my goodness this turned out like water. This was a super challenge and perfect for the kids challenge. Loved the Zoom call. I hope we can do them again for the next VSN and we can get more people to join.
