For Lydia's Double Embossing MIXed media challenge, to use some sort of paste and then add heat embossing. I always like this because of the extra texture the heat adds to the paste, so I wanted to make a card today. It looks better in real life.
I used a Darkroom Door stencil (Polka Dots) and Winsor and Newton texture paste. This was a great opportunity to use up some clear EP which had got contaminated with gold and a little turquoise, so I dumped that over the centre, and then added turquoise over most of the rest of it, with copper here and there.
Just for You is a Penny Black die cut from a piece of photo paper with alcohol inks. The little kitty was stamped on white card and coloured with Polychromos pencils. I ended up having to piece the ribbon back on, because I used SN clear glitter pen and it lifted all the copper pencil, and colouring again was causing the paper to pill. I should probably just have stamped and coloured all over again, but time is at a premium right now.

Your using up the contaminated EP would never have been known with this fun technique! Your BG is great and the circle with the kitty is a just right to continue that pattern! Great colors and a fun focal image!
