A card for Kelly's "Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weeny Yellow Polka Dot Bikini" challenge for the Summer Playlist VSN. She wanted us to use yellow and polka dots (thank you, Captain Obvious), but also do a technique or something that scares us. I am allergic to techniques on principle, so I went with one that was less scary than most. I don't know what it's really called, but you ink up one side of an embossing folder so the ink transfers the pattern onto the paper you run through with it. I used yellow ink and a dot folder to get my polka dots. My Unity girl was heat-embossed and fussy-cut. No, there's not embossing missing on one of her arms - the shine of the embossing just makes it look like that. I used a yellow marker to color the swirly lines where there is no embossing. Thanks for looking and come play along!

What a great image that is! I love the black embossing and the yellow highlights, Sue.
