I ate the last egg out of the carton this AM and on my way to the recycle bin, thinking about the Teapot Challenge, saw the red and blue logo and decided to add a few eggs, some rickrack and this cute chicken. The price of eggs had more than doubled when I went on that first shopping trip back in early March. Happily, they are back to normal....can't say that I am, though. The inside simply reads, "Cackle Cackle Cackle"

Beautiful and crafty and clever idea!! saved from the bin!! eggs aren't expensive here you can buy them at a local farmer, if I take them from the supermarket there are different prizes.

Love, love. That "calling bird" always makes me smile. So fun to pair her with a real egg carton. I don't think any of ours come that pretty. How cool that it was just the right colours for the challenge.

How very clever Lori! I love the way you think. Seeing something that reminds you of the challenge and incorporating it into your card! Perfect! Love that counting Chick, too!
