I used the Floating Die-cut Frames technique, which has a tutorial in TLC744, here.
Took half a sheet of thin white card and sponged half with Festive Berries and half with Mermaid Lagoon. Stamped and fussy cut the leaves and flowers. Cut the frame as per the tutorial. Stamped a sentiment on the base before embossing it, added two tiny red gems.

Sabrina, you've got the wrong keyword on your beautiful card! You're a week ahead of yourself :0)
This floating frame came out amazing. I'm mesmerized by this technique every time. I love your red, white, and blue on those cute flowers!

Sabrina, this is such a show stopper of a card! I am amazed that you colored and fussy cut all of these images out, then arranged them into a frame and created this floating frame on your card. The sentiment and embossing are beautiful and really showcase your floating frame so nicely. Wow! ~Karen.

Oh my goodness, I've never seen anything like this. Sabrina this must have taken ages, it is so worth the effort. Imagine opening the envelope and seeing this. I'm off to check out that amazing looking technique.
