Argh - I came to edit the description to add one thing I missed out, and the whole thing disappeared. Weep. I'm not filling in the accessories fields again, it will all be here.

I don't usually use digis, but Alma has two delightful free sets over at The Cat's Pajamas. If you get either or both of them, make sure to read the Read Me file, to warm your heart.
I liked the humour - I'm sure a lot of people attempting sourdough bread for the first time found it wasn't quite as light as they hoped. For me, on the other hand, the bread we are having this week is a dark Russian rye, which also includes a hefty proportion of molasses, mashed potatoes, polenta and a whole two ounces of my precious Bakers Unsweetened chocolate (not available over here). I got a stand mixer last weekend, and whilst I normally spend up to half an hour kneading this dough, the stand mixer sure made it come out lighter.
Image printed and coloured with Polychromos pencils. Glossy Accents on the cup, plate and pizza dish. SN clear glitter pen on the pizza topping. I used a TH brick wall stencil and grey chalk to add a bit of interest into the background. I used a silver pen to add the teaspoon back in over the Glossy Accents.

Cute card. I like that sentiment. I wish there was some way that I could mail you some of the the unsweetened chocolate. But I have a feeling that mail, springtime and chocolate don't work well together.

Love that sentiment and bg and your bread sounds amazing. I'm one on the sourdough bandwagon and it has been a blast! My waistline isn't thanking me though.

What a fun card, Sabrina! My mother had a mixer, and we grew up on homemade bread. I have a mixer now but it isn’t worth it for just me.....I do have my grandmother’s Irish soda bread recipe which is quite easy to make.....She was the pastry chef at US Steel.
Love your card and just might have to make Irish soda bread!

Your card is fabulous Sabrina, I love all the texture and super cute colouring. As always your card design is wonderful. I am about to make your Irish Soda bread (not with my yummy flour).

Adorable sentiment and image. Great layout and stitching. Your talents -cooking/baking and card making are enviable. I made 2 doz. cookies about 48 years ago - the cookies were not edible and made in 3 colors. DH threw them out for the squirrels and they decorated the snow covered bushes in front of the house with them. That was the end of baking from scratch for me.

This is absolutely adorable Sabrina. I love this wonderful image and how it goes with your fun sentiment so perfectly. Your uniquely stenciled background is just gorgeous and adds wonderful texture to your card. I always love how you add stitching to your cards because I am too chicken to do it myself. I love making bread so I really enjoyed reading about your dark Russian Rye bread- yum! ~Karen.
