Thanks, Cathy, for today's challenge! It was interesting to have the #2 panel underneath the #3 panel. I had fun adding objects to get my complete scene. Added the clams, crab and sand texture to the forward beach scene. Continued the water line to make it complete, then stamped the lighthouse island at the top. Next was a water stamp that was used twice for the sea in the middle area. Completing the shore water at the beach and lighthouse island were my stamping/drawing finale before painting.
After watercoloring my image, I cut it apart to make my sentiment panel. I handwrote the sentiment and then used the scallop rub-ons on either side. I didn't pop up my image panel. Sorry, Cathy, I forgot. (Woke up with a headache! I'm trying to stamp it away!!!) I looked at several card colors, but turquoise looked the best. Hope my brother likes it! TFL! ~Chrysi
