The journaling reads "It all began innocently enough. Bright spring day, no work, kids home. Let's toss the ball around a bit. Ya, things are going well. Charlene, Dakota, and Mom. Charlene taunting me to throw farther and harder, so I really let one fly. At that moment, Dakota decides to intercept the toss to Charlene, blocking her view with his mitt. The ball lands between their mitts... right in Charlene's eyeball! She's rolling around in the ground with her hands over her face, whimpering "Ow, Ow! Don't touch me!" I have to make her move her hands to make her let me look to see if her eyeball popped (BAD Mom of the Year award here I come!). Eyeball intact. Whew! But it is so swollen she can't open her eye, and Boy, look at those pretty colors! The next day at school, she just tells people that " My Mom did it" and does not explain how! I think she secretly got a kick out of that- our own personal Drama Queen! Fortunately no one called Child Protective Services and there were no lasting effects, just lots of laughs and "remember when"!
I typed the journaling on Word and printed it on the vellum.

You could title it Mom's Secret Revenge! "It all went exactly as I planned it..." This is an awesome page much appreciated by the mother of three teenagers! I love your sense of humor!

Gotta love those pics that re-kindle those "other special" moments in time... I was just showing my 11 yo son a page I did when he gave his daddy a black eye when he was 14 months old... AAAAHHHHH, those memories...
