It's Tickle Time and our guest hostess is Susan!!
I love Susan's style so made this card thinking about her, and used Sabrina's WT challenge to use the faux leather with masking tape, The big bloom is hand made I've cut out some petals out of DSP, embossed and sponged them glued them on the die cut black circle added poppy seed in the center, made a stem, staples the vellum sentiments and added a piece of (I don't know how you call this) fabric.
I've made 2 cards this one and another I will sent one of them but which one...

Great background you created with the tape . I really like all the texture in your petals, and the little strip of mesh. The staples on the sentiments make me think instantly of Susan.

Anita...you’ve captured the essence of Mrs. Delany’s life work! I love the combination of textures and patterns to showcase one blossom. And the masking tape bg adds texture while also being a neutral foil. Poppy seeds, genius. Love the hint of a sentiment using the vellum. Wonderful, thank you for adding to the Art Bloomer challenge, mf!
