I made this card for Easter. I would like to wish you and your family a very safe and Happy Easter this year. While I write this, it is snowing like crazy where I live. We are expected to get at least 8" of snow today.
While I do love bright colors (a lot!) this may actually be a bit bright even for me. I am craving spring and bright colors remind me of springtime. This lily is stamped in 7 layers and each leaf is stamped in 3 layers, then die cut with matching dies. The eggs and Easter Bunny are die cut from scraps of designer paper. The background is stenciled using 2 colors of blue ink. Assembled all the pieces into place, then glued the die cut frame into place so some of the elements are under the frame and others are over hanging the frame. Stamped the sentiment last.
Happy Easter and thank you for looking today! ~Karen.

Oh, so beautiful, Karen. I love that big lily and the colorful eggs along with the bunny look so pretty with it. Polka dots are my thing so I really think that bunny is so cute. You made such a beautiful Easter card. Snow??? Wow! I guess you are having a white Easter. Ha Happy Easter just the same.

Karen, this is stunning with the hot pink of the lily! I think everything works with all the colors and then using the gorgeous silver frame. And I am spying some wonderful stencilling happening in the background!

What WOW factor going on, Karen! Yes we're all craving Spring. Chilly here today, did you get snow?? We've had a couple of moments of crazy flurries but no accumulation. Northern WI got slammed. We have sun today, that always helps me. Your stamping is gorgeous and this would make anyone happy.
