My parents came out to visit us last year around Thanksgiving and they brought my dad's dog Ginger. I love Ginger to little bitty pieces, but she was a HOLY TERROR while they were here--she got out of the backyard twice, got COVERED in mud (I'm still finding faded mud splats on my walls from her, it was everywhere), and wouldn't play nice with the other dogs when we sat down to eat Thanksgiving dinner. We locked her in a travel crate so we could eat dinner in peace...she got out, jumped up on the table with her front two paws where we had all our desserts and stepped in the apple pie so we had to toss it out. Oh, dude. Bad Ginger.
Anyway, I made this card for my good friend and long-suffering neighbor Liz, who endured Ginger crying outside for a very long time because she was upset about being tied to the tree (we had to do that since she turned out to be such an escape artist). So I had a long talk with G-Dawg and we made this card for Liz and Ginger signed the inside, promising to be a good girl from then on. (She didn't keep her promise, as she signed this BEFORE the apple pie incident.) I still love Ginger to pieces, but only at HER house.
