The umbrella is made by folding circles into quarters and partially gluing the edges together. Release the umbrella from the photo turn, and the card will be flat for mailing. For the umbrella handle, I die cut a partial wing from angelic, and then did some extra cutting. The top is from a flower punch.
The umbrella would work well for an inside pop-up, but I really wanted it on the card front, so needed to come up with a slightly different design, so I used the photo turn to hold it open.

Creative idea! Love how the umbrella can be made flat for mailing and popped up for display. A fun and beautiful get-well card which will brighten someone's day!
